5% OFF Storewide (verified)

Choose an eligible Madame Tussauds ticket or package, then enter the coupon code in the promotional-code field during checkout, if one is provided. Check that the discount appears before paying. Some offers apply automatically through a partner booking link instead of a code, so follow the instructions shown with the deal. Coupons may be limited to specific cities, dates, ticket types, or online purchases.

Use coupons from reputable deal pages or official Madame Tussauds and Merlin Entertainment booking channels. A valid offer should clearly state its discount, eligible attraction, booking requirements, and expiration or travel dates. Test the code in the official checkout before completing payment. If the discount is not displayed, do not assume it will be applied later; review the terms or contact the attraction’s customer support.

Yes. Madame Tussauds promotions commonly include expiration dates, blackout dates, advance-booking requirements, or restrictions on selected admission dates. Some codes are valid only at a particular Madame Tussauds location, while others exclude special events, VIP experiences, combination tickets, or already-discounted admissions. Read the offer conditions carefully and confirm the final ticket price, date, and attraction before submitting your order.

Online ticket purchases generally accept major debit and credit cards, although the available methods can vary by country, website, and booking provider. Some locations may also offer digital wallets or other local payment options. Coupons are usually easiest to redeem online, because the code or promotional link must be applied during checkout. Always verify the currency, fees, and booking details before payment.

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the location, ticket type, booking platform, and terms attached to the promotion. Many dated tickets are non-refundable or can only be changed before a specified deadline, while flexible tickets may provide more options. Discounted or promotional tickets can have additional restrictions. Before purchasing, review the cancellation policy and keep your confirmation email in case you need assistance.
